  • WHICH COLLECTION BEST SUITS MY BRIDES?

    Our knowledgeable sales representatives will work with you one-on-one to determine the best selection for your store. Please contact a Customer Service representative at the toll free number listed on our Contact Us page to be put in touch with your local sales representative.

  • HOW CAN I GET A JUSTIN ALEXANDER CATALOG?

    That’s easy! Please navigate to the homepage and select “Download Brochure”. If you are interested in receiving a brochure in the mail, please contact our Customer Service department in your area. There is a small fee for the shipping and handling of mailed brochures.

  • CAN I SELL JUSTIN ALEXANDER INC STYLES OVER THE INTERNET?

    No, we do not authorize our products to be sold over the internet, listed with a price, or the price quoted over the phone.

  • WHEN IS DELIVERY?

    Standard orders take approximately 14-16 weeks for dresses not in production. Always check the Portal or with a Customer Service representative as we have many dresses in stock, in transit, or in work. Rush orders are available upon approval for an additional fee.

  • WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

    All gowns are available in US sizes 4-20 with most available in US size 2-32. Please consult your price list or speak to a Customer Service representative to inquire about available sizing on a specific style.

  • ARE BASIC CHANGES AVAILABLE?

    We offer many of our gowns shorter, longer, petite, and in plus size.  Special length and size availability is indicated on the price lists where applicable. Please note, not all styles are available with special length or size.

  • HOW OFTEN AND WHEN ARE NEW STYLES INTRODUCED?

    New styles are introduced twice a year; the Fall Collection and the Spring Collection. Please speak with your sales representative to view the newest collection.

  • HOW OFTEN AND WHEN ARE STYLES DISCONTINUED?

    Styles are discontinued twice a year on April 30th and October 31st. Additional style discontinuations may happen throughout the year. Our Customer Service team will make sure each retailer is notified of product discontinuations by email or phone call.

  • ARE CUSTOM CHANGES AVAILABLE?

    On certain Justin Alexander, Justin Alexander Signature & Lillian West re-orders we are able to make custom changes.  There are no custom changes available for the Sincerity and Sweetheart collections. All custom changes must be submitted and approved via fax or e-mail on our Special Modification Form.
